  5. The UltraSimple Diet, by Mark Hyman: By reducing inflammation and toxicity through simple dietary adjustments, your body heals itself.
  6. The Coconut Oil Miracle, by Bruce Fife: Coconut oil and related coconut products should be consumed and applied for overall health improvement.
