Community Reveals Itself in the Ordinary

Most weeks after Bible study, conversation continues after the “formal time” has ended.  The dialogue can include anything from cultural prejudice to computer games to the problem of evil to properly made coffee.  These ordinary, spontaneous moments say more about our community than the structure, planned study.  We have become a people, dwelling in a specific place.  But if these moments remain inward and internal, we are not obeying Jesus’ command to go make disciples.

How do you move community into the community?
