Leading to Glorify

Elders and Deacons equip and support their local churches so that the church might carry out the high calling of glorifying God. They partner with fellow members to carry out the church’s primary task of glorifying God before the face of the world. Elders and Deacons equip and support their local churches to follow this high calling.

    A structural boulder preventing my church from being a community that glorifies God is the constitution. It decides the minimum number of deacons even if there aren’t enough people who have Godly character and skill
