Reflections on 1 Peter 3:14b-‬17

God has our back, and he does not need our protection. On the other hand, those who speak against Christ need to hear and see the truth of Christ from us. Whether this truth humiliates them or draws them to God, our job is to bring truth with grace and gentleness. Our job is to follow Christ and proclaim him, being willing to suffer for doing good with a gracious and gentle demeanor.
